Aperion Communities owns over 50,000 acres, (20,000 ha and 303,645 mu) in the southwest United States, primarily in Texas and New Mexico and have government approval to build over 90,000 homes and thousand of acres of commercial and industrial land uses on our seven properties. Aperion’s life enhancing sustainable communities will act as the next generation of master planned developments creating a paradigm shift in the focus on inefficiencies of everyday life. With the first project breaking ground in the 2Q of 2007 and six more communities to follow shortly after.
